Country blues maestro Rick Steele is well known for his soulful tunes and incredible journey in the music scene.

From his early days in New Zealand, choosing to pick up a guitar against his mother's wishes and his evolution from playing Chuck Berry in a local pub to sharing stages with the likes of Sonny Terry and Brownie McGhee, Rick’s career took flight when his single 'Bloody Daggaville' made waves in the 1970s. Rick was inducted into the West Australia Music Hall Of Fame in 2016.

Rick is Luke Steele’s father; an eight time award winning singer-songwriter, multi- instrumentalist and creative visionary. Luke has sold out the Hollywood Bowl, packed the Sahara Tent at Coachella and was recently honored with his own exhibit at the Western Australia Museum.

He is well known as the lead vocalist, guitarist, and one of the producers of the award-winning electro-pop duo, Empire Of The Sun, the act behind the multi-platinum single, "Walking On A Dream." #WalkingOnADream has hit nearly 3 Billion views on TikTok thanks to a viral challenge inspired by the song.

Luke is considered an Australian musical heavyweight having spent more than 20 years in the industry, starting his career with his band The Sleepy Jackson which received international acclaim for its debut record Lovers. Luke Steele has collaborated with many of music's biggest hitmakers and artists including Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Lindsay Buckingham, Grandmaster Flash, Usher, M-Phazes and Steve Aoki.
