Charlotte Alexander is a 1000hr yoga teacher, specializing in yoga therapy with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. Her yoga practice began at age 17 with the encouragement of her grandmother. In lieu of finishing her college degree, she got her yoga certification and started teaching to help others.
