Hello friends and welcome to this podcast. In this podcast, we will talk about cardiovascular disease. Do you know cardiovascular disease are the leading cause of death globally? Around 17.9, 179 lakhs people die every year because of CBD that is cardiovascular disease. The most important risk factor for cardiovascular disease, let's see what are those most important risk factor. The number one risk factor for cardiovascular disease that is diet. See food rich in salt, fat and sugar. These type of food increases the risk of atherosclerosis. Atherosclerosis is nothing, it is the hardening of arteries. The arteries which carries blood, their wall gets hardened due to such type of food. So due to which cholesterol or plaque or you can say clot, clot build up in the walls of artery and this can cause high blood pressure. So in common way you can understand that the arteries which are looks like pipes, they got some no breaker types of structure inside in the format of plaque or clot which causes atherosclerosis hardening of artery and this causes cardiovascular disease. The next and most important risk factor for cardiovascular disease that is smoking. See nicotine and carbon monoxide, this increases the heart rate, lower the oxygen level in the heart. Now what happens? The muscles of heart, they cause thrombosis. Thrombosis again is say like clot or plaque you can say due to rupturing of the artery. So this again leads to CVD. Next most important risk factor is diabetes. See high blood glucose and high blood pressure, these both can lead to damage of tunica intima. Tunica intima is the name of the wall of artery and this can cause again atherosclerosis which again can cause clot and this leads to CVD. The next risk factor for CVD that is lifestyle. See everyday life from work stress to lack of exercise, then tension, these things can increase the risk of heart disease. So lifestyle is the major cause of heart disease. Next and final you can say not final but next is family history or you can say genetics. People who have direct family history of having heart disease are at higher risk developing cardiovascular disease. If someone in your family will be having heart disease or diabetes then you are more prone to having such type of disease. Again the next is aging. As we age, our cardiovascular system becomes weaker. So the age increases, cardiovascular system gets weaker and the chances of cardiovascular disease increases. Now the final is gender. So men are more prone to have, men are around 3 to 5 times more prone to have such diseases compared to women. These are the some very common and very important risk factors which we should consider. Now let's see how can we prevent CVD that is cardiovascular disease. So for prevention we can take 5, 6, 7 small steps like get regular health screening. So number one comes get regular health screening to your cholesterol or your blood sugar level. After a regular interval of around 6 months we should check our sugar and cholesterol level. Next comes is manage stress. So how do you manage stress? There are many ways to manage your stress. See stress will come it is automatically. Hello, everyone. Myself, Dushyant Singh, and today we will talk on topic called circadian rhythm. The new way of living that is circadian rhythm. See, if we challenge the law of nature, if we go against the circadian rhythm that governs thousands of functions in the human body at a cellular level, then what happens? Even the best treatments, medicines, doctors, and wellness experts, they will not able to work. See, what if we align ourselves with the laws of nature? And then we add the right medicine, lifestyle, food, and so on. That is when we begin to see prevention, healing, and recovery in our body, in our life. Hello everyone. Myself, Dushyant Singh Rathod and I am your cult expert. Today we will discuss on circadian rhythm. So coming back to circadian rhythm, what is this circadian rhythm? See, in the hypothalamus of your brain there is a master clock called suprachiasmatic nucleus, in sort SCN. This there are see. There are clocks in every cell of our body, including our heart, liver, kidney, and so on. The SCN controls simple to complex things in our body like, energy level throughout the day, quality of sleep, hormone secretion, like insulin, Cortisol, Melatonin, estrogen, progesterone, neurotransmitter production, regulation of heart beat, blood pressure, sugar level, digestive system activity, reproductive system activity, immune system functions, hunger and cravings, body temperature, weight, emotions, etc. In short, this s n controls everything, hence it is a master clock. Now imagine if your, imagine if our clock, watches, phones are taken away from us for a day, Nothing would work. There there would be in fact, there would be chaos, anger, frustration because we run our day accordingly on time. And time is everything. Now imagine that the SCN that controls the circadian rhythm stops working the right way. The body will be in chaos right from hormones to emotions to digestion. This is why no matter how much we have in terms of technology, medicine, chemotherapy, drugs, entertainment, we still have lot of decision and happiness because the basics of our human body and how it works are are not addressed. See, we will continue to get new drugs or treatment in the market, but but until until we change the way we live, nothing will be effective. In simple words, I should say it is about how different processes in our body are designed to be carried out during different times. The human body is intelligent and works on the concept of rhythm, which is driven by nature. Every cell in our body vibrates at a frequency and is controlled by rhythm. Our heart pulse, blood pressure, digestion, menstrual cycle, breathing works according to a rhythm and they keep changing throughout the day. See, the rhythm at which our digestive system functions when we wake up is different from what it is in the evening or night. Now now be synced in with the right rhythm. Our body needs to be in Now to be synced in with the right rhythm, our body needs to be in, be evolved and thrive, feel balanced and energetic. On the hands on on the other hand, if we are out of sync, we can have anything from cancer, heart disease to hormonal imbalance, and depression and so on.
