In this deeply personal episode, I invite you into my world as I navigate the messy, raw, and transformative journey of overcoming perfectionism to start creating from a place of authenticity and love. This isn’t about achieving a polished final product or waiting until everything feels “right.” Instead, it’s about learning to honor the process, even when it feels vulnerable and imperfect. I open up about how perfectionism used to keep me stuck—how the fear of being judged or not meeting impossible standards silenced my creativity. But through profound inner work, I’ve begun to rewrite that story. A big part of this transformation has come from reconnecting with my inner child, a version of me that longed for unconditional love and acceptance. By learning to validate her feelings, offer her compassion, and become the nurturing presence she needed, I’ve started to heal wounds that once held me back. In this episode, I share: The real-time thoughts, emotions, and practices I’m using to push past perfectionism. How embracing my inner child has been the key to unlocking self-acceptance and creativity. Why loving and “mothering” ourselves is essential to healing and growth. Practical tips to move forward when you feel stuck in self-criticism or fear. This conversation is for anyone who has ever felt paralyzed by the pressure to be perfect, anyone who has silenced their voice out of fear, or anyone who is searching for the courage to show up just as they are. My hope is that through my story, you’ll feel inspired to begin—or continue—your own journey of healing, creating, and loving yourself more fully. Perfection isn’t the goal; wholeness is. Let’s explore what that means together.…

Through vulnerability, mental strength, and redefining success on my own terms, I slowly began to embrace my imperfections and release the pressure to appear perfect. We’ll dive into the healing practices and mindset shifts that allowed me to step into the spotlight and share my voice, my work, and my story with the world. Whether you're a creator, entrepreneur, or simply someone struggling with similar fears, I hope this episode inspires you to release self-doubt, redefine what it means to "show up," and start creating from a place of authenticity and self-compassion. Let’s explore how we can all find courage in imperfection and discover the beauty in simply being seen.…

1:21 - : what is money mindset? Money transformation is a mind-body connection What does it mean to work on your money mindset: how it’s not just at an intellectual level, but must be emotional, energetic in order for it to transform and heal your life. Sharing my personal story about how learning money at an intellectual level from reading books alone did not help to transform my patterns. Money IQ vs. EQ. When I changed my money EQ (emotional patterns), that’s when things really shifted for me. The real work when it comes to money mindset is to go into meditation and contemplation with it. 6:20: the most important thing when it comes to money mindset: fixed vs growth mindset 8:00 : how your money mindset formed: past patterns, upbringing, conditioning. Making money and spending it all is a deep upbringing conditioning, a trauma re-enactment. What are your conditioning around money? What are your habits? How do you view money habits as pleasure vs. pain? Redefining saving, earning, spending from pain to pleasure. Started reframing “saving money” from pain to pleasure, and saved more Do things because you want to, not because you feel like you should. Change your words, change your emotional connection to the topic 16:20: changing money patterns from feast and famine, to consistency and stability Having chaotic financial life is having chaotic emotional life How I use the mountain meditation to create financial stability and emotional stability 18:18: face your fears Your fears are the gateways to your greatest growth The difference between real fears and opening fears Fear is not going away, it’s a part of how humans operate. It’s not whether we have fears, it’s how we handle our fears that matter. What opening fears can you learn to walk with? Look at your fears: spending habits, saving or lack of saving habit, investments, etc. This changed the game for me What are you afraid of? Look at it in the eyes and work with it. It’s incredibly powerful 27:22: what you measure gets improved Tracking, measuring, budgeting your finances 30:20: failing to plan is planning to fail Going with the flow vs. planning Do the simple, common knowledge thing to create foundation for your financial wellbeing 34:00: money boundaries Allow other people to take responsibilities for their lives Defining what is helping vs. what is unhealthily enabling people’s lack of responsibilities 39:56: money manifestation With your intention, you can manifest anything you want How I manifested consistent income through intention, and journaling CONTACT ME: Website: https://www.axtaxiakara.com/ Personal Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/axtaxia.personal/ Coaching : https://www.instagram.com/axtaxiakara/…
