On July 13, 2011, 32 year old Rebecca Zahau was found hanging, bound and gagged hanging from the balcony of her boyfriend’s house, industrial pharmaceutical tycoon, Jonah Shacknai. Adding to the bizarre details of Rebecca’s death was the fact that Jonah’s 6 year old son Max, had fallen from a second floor staircase inside the home two days earlier. Max, tragically passed away from his injuries. Were these two tragedies connected? Rebecca’s death was ruled a suicide; her family is not convinced.
