As a 7 yr professional soccer player with dreams of playing in a World Cup and winning a gold medal at the Olympics, I endured and overcame 11 surgeries, concussions and several broken ribs. Although I fell short of reaching my ultimate goal due to injuries, my story is about sacrifice, overcoming obstacles, failure, perseverance, surrender, strength and hope. I will be sharing stories and experiences to help encourage, motivate, inspire and give hope to others. Please feel free to share with friends and family that you think would be blessed by the stories I share from my heart. Be Blessed \u

When we want to accomplish something, we set a goal and then we get after it! We commit 💪🏼, but if we haven’t built that integrity with ourselves yet, we need the encouragement and accountability of others! You can accomplish so much more with others, than just by yourself. I hope you enjoy listening and start to build a community around you!…
There are 100 days left until 2020, what will you do with them? This is not about setting a crazy goal and trying to do it all right away. Build up to it- it all starts in the mind!
Sometimes we let little setbacks, obstacles or frustrations affect our attitude/actions and we can become paralyzed by worry or anxiety. But when something such as the death of a loved one unexpectedly happens, nothing else seems to matter. Loss is extremely hard, but it is also an opportunity for a wake up call in our lives. Instead of focusing on the negatives in situations, remember that life is short and there is a lot to live for. Love those around you and remember to not sweat the small stuff. Be Blessed ✨…
