He is the founder of Quality Pathways Coaching and enjoys working with runners of all abilities through his running clinics at Forerunners North Shore and online, and one-on-one personal coaching. His particular passion is the discovery and practice of training techniques and daily behaviours that allow us to continue moving youthfully as we age.
