O Congresso Nacional concluiu em dezembro de 2023 a votação da emenda constitucional da reforma tributária. Embora o texto já tenho sido até promulgado, ainda há um longo caminho de transição para o novo modelo. Será necessário regulamentar a nova estrutura tributária, que pretende simplificar o sistema atual.
