March is known as women's month and it is only fitting that I start off the month talking about women and the things they go through. In this episode I am joined by Seidi Quetzal, a fellow Ming Chuan University graduate, and we talk about mental health, postpartum depression and period poverty. These are all topics that both males and females need to place a higher importance on. We encourage you to visit mental health clinics located at the nearest public hospital to set up an appointment or all the 0-800-MOH-CARE (0-800-664-2273) hotline for assistance.
