Sets of rules, norms, and standards that make up international law provide a broad framework for actions of countries around the world. It also has a profound effect on our daily lives, governing, for example, how we travel or how we send or receive money from abroad. On this podcast, we discuss how international law is enforced, how it affects American foreign policy decisions, and whether it can be used as a tool to address transnational issues like climate change.
