Last week, we had part 1 of my conversation with Heather Hasz and Bridie Mills. This week, we continue the conversation and talk a lot about growth and development with careers. One of the big topics we discuss is getting people into a "design automation headspace". Once people learn what automation can do, they become and automation junky.
