Is weight or the only thing to think about when making health decisions? How can we manage our weight but still be healthy? In this episode, Ian talks to us about weight bias and patient-centered care. He also tells us how we can move from a weight-focused approach to a health-focused one.

Ian Patton, PhD is a patient engagement specialist working with Obesity Canada, a national health charity focused on research, education, and advocacy. Ian is a patient advocate and combines his academic training along with his personal lived experience to help influence change for individuals living with obesity.
