Is exercise what makes us lose weight? How can we balance it with our eating habits so we can be healthy? Being healthy also means losing weight, and if necessary, having good mental health. "I don't think that we as a population focus so much on our physical activity can really help us from a mental health standpoint. And so movement as medicine is really a phrase to say you can use these activities that you're doing to improve your cardiovascular fitness, but you can also use these activities to improve your mental health."
