Happy Episode 100! This feels like such a huge milestone to me and I simply could not have done it without every person who has ever listened to even one episode of the show. In honor of Thanksgiving week (here in the US) and this occasion, we'll spend today working through the chakras one by one and exploring the gratitude we have within each one. I know it can be tough to focus on the good in an energy center, especially if it's an area we feel imbalanced in, but the hope is that this mini gratitude mediation will bring a little more balance and peace to our lives and encourage us to cultivate this feeling year-round. Gratitude is one of the highest vibrations we can experience, so let's open ourselves to it!
