In a world where image is so very important what we look like has many people very concerned.
In 2020 alone American spent about $93 billion on cosmetics and skin care. In the same year they spent 16.5 billion on cosmetic plastic surgery. And unfortunately there are those people who are getting nips and tux to try and look like other people celebrities and the like. What is our true identity based on?
So what or who do you look like? Can our faces or bodies make the cover of the famous magazine? I'm sure I could make the cover of Mad magazine. But seriously what about our appearance, how important is it? And is it looks alone that make us who we are? I consider these elements in today's episode. Give a listen
