She is a member and past president of Business and Professional Women Hastings & Prince Edward, an organization that works to develop the business, professional, and leadership potential of women locally, nationally, and around the world. Her career started as a radio news anchor and has been an adventure through logistics, communications and marketing, and finally, non-profit management. She graduated from Loyalist College's Broadcast Journalism program and was first heard on the air at the college radio station, 91x, which airs episodes of "Women Making History". Jennifer lives in Belleville, ON Canada with her husband, various grown children who sometimes return to the nest, and their crew of lovable dogs and cats.
