We think most people have heard of the term "fight or flight". It is a survival mechanism, that is hardwired in to the very fabric of what has kept us alive through the ages. This program is something that runs very deep within and is some of the earliest software our DNA ever has utilized for survival. Every creature on this planet has a fight or flight response system and it is one of the many things that links us together with all living species on this planet. This system meant for survival, is also one of the reasons why human beings find difficulty in regulating there emotions, communicating, and fearing things that exist outside our comfort zones. This system is what keeps us trapped in a prison that exists inside our subconscious safety net, because anything outside it the system thinks it could put us at risk or in danger.
