[06:22] I think that what people don’t understand about real estate is that you are running a business. Even if you’re employed under a specific brokerage firm or wherever entity you may hang your license. You are your own business by yourself. If you go to work for a team, it puts some of the pressure off, it allows you to be able to learn individual aspects of the job in bite-size pieces.

I started my account in Tiktok last January right after I set my goal for the year. I started it because I need it as a way for me to hold myself accountable and for other people to hold me accountable for those goals. Someone told me that the best thing I can do to myself is to share my goal with everybody who listens and give people a very specific answer “Here's what you can do to help me”.

So I think that just me being very casual like and conversing with people, instead of being corporate businesslike all the time, makes it easier for people to relate to me and my platform.

I’m very concerned about how I am gonna be perceived, how people are gonna look at me. I try to avoid embarrassment at all costs. But my mom used to tell me that people do not spend all their time thinking about you, as you think they do. The general public does not care as much as you’re tricking yourself into believing that.
