Untether your voice and tap into creative flow
Manage episode 341953771 series 2928023
Finding your voice is about uncovering and then untethering yourself from your past and coming home to yourself the present — releasing past experiences that left you feeling silly, ashamed, or judged.
In this episode, I reflect on the conversation with Jeremy de Tolly and share my personal experiences with finding my voice. I also share some of the techniques I use to calm my busy mind, how I bring myself back down to earth when it starts to fly away, and how this can help you share your voice more openly and effectively.
Because when you tune into yourself, your passions start to roll out of you. Creative flow is with you, it’s inside you, it IS you. So when you come home to yourself, you get to tap into it in a whole new way. Finding this with my own voice was such a pleasant and fun surprise, and I hope more people allow themselves to experience it.
