After sharing their favorite Julia Child recipes, Betsy and Julie dive into how they used new visual tools to recreate Julia’s cooking techniques–ones that weren’t available when Julia was at her peak. They discuss her romance with her supportive husband Paul, and how Julia changed not only Public Television, but presented a new model for women in the media.
