Williams, Assistant Professor of African American history at Monmouth University, is in conversation about Black women in STEM with Dr. Nikita Burrows, Assistant Professor of Chemistry, in the Department of Chemistry and Physics, at Monmouth University. Dr. Burrows is a chemist and her research focuses on chemistry education. She takes us through her journey as an international scholar from the Bahamas to the United States including some discussion of mentoring, the value of representation, and teaching pedagogy.
