Nutrition for healthy ageing: fighting sarcopenia and inflammageing
Manage episode 292158120 series 2601464

Older age is a time when specific nutrient needs may be higher while the ability to meet those needs has more barriers. In this podcast, I’ll highlight how our nutrition needs change as we age, the factors that make it harder to meet these needs, and the role that nutrition can play in promoting healthy ageing and improving the outlook of age-related diseases.
