Brad Mondo is a wildy successful entrepreneur. He is the founder of Xmondo, a hairdcare and color brand. He teaches us some great business lessons about launching, growing and maintaining a successful brand.

He has been in salons his whole life, so he knows something about haircare. His father owned a salon and as a kid, he was fascinated by the hair care products on the shelves. But the people on the boxes weren't like him or anyone that he wanted to be like.

So, in the back of his mind, his dream was always to own his own haircare company. He also was an entertaining guy and wanted to become famous.

Obsessed by YouTube, he start making videos at 12 years old. He started out making travel vlogs, then started doing skits, and a million other trends. No one watched or cared.

But he stuck with it and 10 years later, he finally "hit it" when he filmed a hair reaction video. The rest is history.

This interview was a fun one. We had some laughs, I learned about the beauty industry and learned some real business tips that I can apply to my life. Even if you're not interested in the beauty community, there's still a lot of takeaways that will apply to everyone. And he's funny too, so we keep it entertaining!

Check out my free guide "7 Time Management Tips For Busy Entrepreneurs." If you're starting or have a business, it seems like there's never enough time in the day to get things done.

Trust me, I've been there. I've gotten a lot better over the years and these are some of the tools I use to stay focused on what's important.

And subscribe to my blog, where I post twice a week, about starting and growing your business. I've interviewed over 200 successful entrepreneurs and I've learned a lot and have some great lessons to share.
