In today's episode I chat with my "brother from another mother".... Rich Clark. Rich is a husband, father, teacher, race director, and much more. For over 22 years he directed multisport events throughout Western and Central New York, and was also the Operations Director for the Buffalo Marathon for many years.
We have been friends for nearly 3 decades and while I made him discuss his least favorite subject: HIMSELF.... I feel like his story is one people want to hear.
