Alan Mishkoff joins us today for another great episode! He is the founder of Granite Garage Floors. He left the corporate zoo many years ago because he wasn't passionate about his work anymore. So he challenged himself and looked for opportunities. The way he found what he does today was as he worked with a relative that did garage flooring. He didn't know if the way they did business was the best. So he took that idea, did research, and saw how much market share there was. The idea is when you're starting a business you need to do your due diligence. Researching and planning out everything was the key to Alan's success. He believed that if the product was of quality, with talented employees, and great operations you can be successful. That is how he scaled to where he has gotten today.
