Let people deal with whatever they need to deal with in their personal lives. Consider generational differences as well. Try to listen to your team and find out what they need.

Our mental health should be taken into consideration now more than ever. Everyone is struggling to adjust to the new norm. However, the hybrid work environment allows for collaboration and camaraderie among team members.
