In the latest episode of The Passing Shot, Joel and Kim finish their Roland Garros 2021 coverage with a roundup of all of the action from the Finals weekend at the French Open.
With Novak Djokovic claiming a 2nd French Open title and becoming the first male player in the Open era to win a career Grand Slam twice, history has been made with his 5 set comeback victory over first time Slam finalist Stefanos Tsitsipas.
Meanwhile, Barbora Krejcikova has claimed a magnificent double, winning both the singles and doubles titles and becoming the first player to achieve that feat at Roland Garros since 2000.
Joel and Kim assess all of the above and the main talking points from each final, as well as revealing the winner of the famous Collect A Set challenge, before taking a look at this week’s grass court results from Nottingham and Stuttgart, and previewing next week’s action in Birmingham, Berlin, Halle and Queens.
