Intelligence Notes: The Royal Society (The Creation of Global Bioidentification Systems) + Agenda 2030 (Persepctives) Combined.

A globalized bioidentification system using DNA barcoding involves using short, standardized DNA sequences from a specific region of an organism's genome to identify and classify species across the globe. This method enables rapid, accurate species identification by comparing these unique DNA "barcodes" to a global database. It enhances biodiversity monitoring, conservation efforts, and biosecurity by offering a reliable tool for identifying organisms, even from small or damaged samples. This system could be integrated internationally, allowing consistent, scalable identification across diverse ecosystems. In this session I take into consideration that this self same system applied to plants and animals etc. will eventually be utilised under the auspices of fostering Global Governance to ID and track all humans in the near future creating a Digital Dystopian Surveillance Industrial Complex. Without any doubts this is driving directly towards creating the type of Governance Framework found in Revelation chapter 13 in the Hebrew Bible.
