This week we are going to be discussing Social Media – why you need it, which channels to choose and how to breakdown that invisible wall that can sometimes get built between you and your customer online.

Before starting any post in any channel, you should think strategically… who is your target market, what channels are you using and what do you want to achieve from them.

Let’s focus this week on the ones that I think are extremely trendy with the lockdown: Facebook and live streaming channels and next week cover some others as I could talk forever about each channel.

It is really hard when you are communicating with customers online, it is a snippet of copy which you hope not only helps to promote your business but also sells products and services. Sometimes you will engage with consumers and they will respond which starts a conversation, sometimes all you get is a thumbs up – and then, there are those times when you get nothing at all.
