Dr. Ator shares her story of how her mission-driven work manifested into her heroine’s journey, her poignant thoughts about Juneteenth, and provides some gold nuggets of wisdom from her vast expertise in coaching. She also shares with listeners how she has meditated for over 2200 consecutive days in a row.

Dr. Yvonne Ator, is a personal and executive coach for mission-driven physicians. She is a Certified Facilitator of the Daring Way and Dare To Lead curricula from Brene Brown, as well as in other coaching methodologies such as Positive Psychology and Unbeatable Mind (Mental Toughness and Emotional Resilience training from Retired Navy SEAL Commander Mark Divine). Dr. Ator is an Executive Board Member of the Mindful Healthcare Collective and is passionate about creating a wholehearted culture in medicine and helping physicians thrive in their personal and professional lives without succumbing to compassion fatigue, disillusionment, or burnout while making their positive impact in the world.
