The intention of this episode is to help moms all over the world tap into their innate capacity for mindfulness and intention as a key parenting and personal nourishment tool.

We hope to help moms rest in the trust of their instincts and abilities as a mother, and be intentional about how they want to show up for themselves and their children.

Mindfulness, by its very definition, leads us to be the perfect mom for our children.

It helps us be in the moment, enjoy the process and get out of judgment of ourselves and our children.

When we learn to show up calm, compassionate and make mindful decisions—-we and our entire family benefit. When we are able to approach parenting with curiosity and love for ourselves and everyone else, everyone wins.

When we doubt our skills and decisions as a mom it is usually not because we aren't capable or don't know what we are doing, but because we love.

We doubt because we know the stakes are high and because we want to believe we have more control than we actually have.

In this episode, we encourage you to replace self-doubt with groundedness and trust and to replace expectation with intention.

Mindful practice helps us be better moms by creating space between stimulus and response and helping us to respond rather than react. Mindfulness also helps us trust.
