It is a mindful practice that has a powerful impact on your life experience.

There is no exact right way to set intentions. The act of setting them is where the magic is.

Intentions direct your attention and focus in a specific direction. They are a way of calling out a quality or virtue that you want to cultivate more of in your life.

Intentions almost always infiltrate into the nooks and crannies of your entire year in positive ways.
