Liam Doyle played football while he grew up on the Island. As his schooling years finished he decided to pursue a path into football, firstly in the UK then into the college ranks of the US system. In 2016, Liam was selected 67th overall in the MLS superdraft by DC United and now plays in USL league which is one tier down from MLS. Liam signed for USL side Swope Park Rangers before moving onto Nashville SC and is now 1 year into a 3 year contract with Memphis 901 FC. We discuss Liam’s career to date, family life and what the future holds with the USL league due to begin again post Covid.
