We don't need to wait to achieve our goals in order to change how we feel about what we want to change. If we're going to feel sexier by losing weight, we can start by feeling sexy, embracing that person we think we will become and acting like them. Losing weight then becomes the result of feeling sexy and confident. That is how we rewire our nervous system consciously, and the new neural pathway becomes habitual and authentic.
