On today’s episode we’re talking all about finding time for you, which is just in line with where we’re at right now with the new baby. Not having a lot of time on your hands is good because it forces you to prioritize the most important things, whereas when you have more free time you might focus on things that aren’t so important. We give some tips on how to free up your time, such as figuring out first what you want, then freeing up the space to make it happen. You can break up your time and get things done in 5-10 minutes at a time in those short moments between other, bigger activities/tasks.
