Hello! I have news for you that you may or not care about but I still want to share it with you just in case you find yourself needing to know about Single Wide Manufactured Homes.
We can now close Single Wide Manufactured Homes with an FHA or Conventional loan. With prices as high as they are, these may the only option for certain prince sensitive buyers.
These will be treated the same as double wide manufactured homes except we require them to be newer. Here is a quick refresh for the parameters.
- You must own the land
- Be built 10 years PRIOR to the appraisal date. Date of the appraisal is when the appraiser inspects it
With a double wide the house needs to be built after 1976. Single wides must be newer.
