Scott is a retired Air Force fighter pilot with 25 years of service, where he attained the rank of Colonel and led large, complex organizations both in combat and in peacetime. He has successfully commanded at the squadron, group, and wing levels. Additionally, Scott served as an instructor at the prestigious U.S. Air Force Fighter Weapons School (TOP GUN). He graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1995 with military distinction and a degree in management. He also holds advanced degrees in military and national security strategy from both the U.S. Army Command & General Staff College as well as the National War College where he was a distinguished graduate.
In this episode, Scott and I discuss leadership in both the military and civilian worlds, our current political leadership failures, and his first major combat mission. Of note, Scott lead the first A-10 combat mission in Afghanistan during Operation Anaconda in 2002. He can be reached at Victory-Strategies.com.
