In this episode of The Greg Bennett Show, Greg has an insightful conversation with one of the world's greatest endurance coaches, Matt Dixon. Matt Dixon is a world-class triathlon coach, and an exercise physiologist, former professional triathlete, and elite swimmer. Under his guidance, Purple Patch coached athletes have recorded over 350 professional IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 victories and podiums, including multiple world championships. He is the author of The Well-Built Triathlete and Fast-Track Triathlete, an IRONMAN U master coach, and a corporate speaker to major companies on performance and leadership.
