Car dealers are bombarded by truckloads of vendors who each promise the world, and this is never more true than in the digital marketing and advertising space. Dealership personnel don’t have time to become digital experts so they depend on their vendors. But that dependency is only beneficial when there is trust built between the store and the vendor.
Changes are happening quickly and this brings challenges for the “bigger” digital marketing vendors. “Bigger” is not better when your vendor isn’t nimble enough to prepare and implement changes quickly.
