Personal Development School co-founder Thais Gibson shares her journey battling with addiction and depression, and how realizing the subconscious programming running her mind would only keep her replaying the thoughts that would cause more trauma and need for escape. Realizing that these thoughts and core beliefs about herself are reprogrammable and that the first step is kindness to yourself set her on her journey to overcome her addictions, heal relationships, and go on to learn more and develop unique reprogramming techniques for the subconscious mind that she now teaches at the Personal Development School, where she impacts thousands of lives.
