We also discuss the current process to replace Justice Ginsburg, and how it reveals the vulnerabilities in our democracy. Lastly, we discuss how the Bush V Gore decision of 2000 demonstrates why rushing to replace Ginsburg so close to an election, is simply a power grab on the part of Republicans, and is historically anomalous to replacing Supreme Court justices.
