Hey Y’all! I’m finally getting things back in order after taking a break the week before and then coming back to find out my episode for last week was gone! Well, this week I’m back with a mental health check in for June because it was much needed after that fiasco, lol. I’m just talking about the importance of learning self-care and how younger generations are learning at a younger age to love themselves before anybody else. I’m also talking about ageism, canna moms, moms being forgotten about and a little more ranting if you will, lol. I hope you enjoy this episode; it feels great to be back.
