Kristine explains how flexible work settings and company purpose is becoming more important in today's job market. The job market is competitive, so for safety, with so many roles advertised it seems to be a great time for workers. A Cert IV in WHS is the minimum training requirement that companies will be looking for.

AI is also another important trend emerging that will surely change the way that we work for many job roles including safety.
