And today, in celebration of this, our 100th episode, we decided to talk about how the podcast sausage gets made.

. . . this actually started as a means to try to communicate to the employees at the university some of the things that we're thinking about and answer questions and explore ideas. So, that's kind of how it started, and we started by bringing in faculty to talk about their research and innovations at the university and challenges that we face.
