Other “rebels” who refuse to commit to beliefs like: “Its all downhill after forty.” “I was at my best in my early twenties.” “Everybody gets fat when they are older, its impossible to stay fit after sixty.” “Forget about having a ripped abdomen after you turn thirty.” While I think these things are true for many people, I see evidence of the opposite of these limiting beliefs all of the time. I have friends and clients who are fit and healthy and look amazing in their fifties, sixties and seventies. I have observed a number of people who are active and healthy and in their eighties.
