Democrats have endorsed defunding police, Progressives attack police at every turn for doing their job, and now we have hundreds of cops responding, or more accurately NOT responding, to an active shooter.
If there's one word that comes to mind when you read or hear the word Uvalde it's "cowardice." Although as I understand it, with a heavily armed well trained response team, law enforcement officials were able to effectively direct vehicle traffic away from the school so there is that.
Uvalde is a cautionary tale, and this isn't the first time those who swore to "protect and serve" have failed their community so bad. Uvalde illustrates exactly what happens when we depend on others for protection. We see more and more that those people who swore to "protect and serve" aren't always willing to do ... well, anything. And, what's more, they aren't all too ready to get the hell out of the way for those who ARE willing to put themselves in harms way to protect others, either.
There are few places on earth where terrorists, radical extremists, and their children gather for a fun filled family vacations where they can ritualistically burn the American flag and chant “Death to America”: Tehran, Baghdad, Beirut, Kabul, Ramallah—and of course Portland, Oregon. Children as young as four being proudly raised and introduced to extremist violence, anarchy, neofascism, and good old anti-American Marxism. Yes Portland Oregon proudly training the new progressive brown shirts since 2020. Making America proud one "not Hitler" youth at a time.
