Episode 43: Sharing Your Voice, Telling Your Story, and Uplifting Others with Argelia Atilano
Manage episode 424648281 series 3456086
Today, host Chef Carla Contreras is joined by Argelia Atilano, a radio host, author, and presenter, to talk about wellness practices, the power of the voice, and the importance of community building.
As a mother and voice of her community, Argelia Atilano is busy. She shares the wellness tools she turns to daily and how they support her incredible energy levels. Like so many, the pandemic influenced how she and her husband, Omar, go to work, and she discusses what that looks like today. Argelia then explains why she has been so driven to publish books in Spanish and the process of publishing her work. Ultimately, in our age of connection, it’s easier than ever and more important than ever to share our stories. They are more valuable and impactful than you may realize! I’m so excited about everything Argelia continues to release into the world, from her radio show's transition to digital streaming to the launch of her second podcast. Be sure to tune in!
