Shauna wrote the first ever gluten-free food blog called, "Gluten-Free Girl," which attracted a huge online audience, and co-authored three cookbooks with her husband, Daniel. One of those cookbooks won a James Beard award. Shauna wrote a memoir about her childhood trauma and how she unraveled from it, to help others. Her book, Enough: Notes from a Woman Who has Finally Found It, was recommended by Brene Brown, The Washington Post & thousands of readers who say her book changed their lives.
