Welcome back to The Simplicity Sessions, I'm delighted that you’ve joined us today. My name is Jenn Pike, your host, registered holistic nutritionist, medical exercise specialist, the best-selling author of the Simplicity Project and the creator of the women's revolutionary health program, The Hormone Project.

The ladies in my practice often use the terms ‘stress’ and ‘burnout’ interchangeably without knowing that there is a difference between the two terms. Stress is when you take on so much work and responsibility that you cannot complete everything. Burnout is when you have given up on tasks and feel disengaged from your daily activities.

Once you realize where you are within the spectrum of stress and burnout, you can focus more on the solutions that will help you get back on track. I discuss the solutions to create a life of simplicity and ease.
