In this episode I speak with the Internationally best selling author of the book “Bigger, Better, Braver” Nancy Pickard. Nancy tells us about her story of getting divorced after 26 years and having to reinvent herself. She talks about overcoming fear and how she climbed Mount Kilimanjaro at age 60. She tells about what the imposter syndrome is and how to overcome it.
Nancy is a shadow coach where she helps people discover their shadow beliefs. She explains how our shadow is developed through our childhood and how we develop mechanisms we learn to keep us safe. These shadow beliefs however stay with us our whole life and influence our whole operating system through adulthood. She explains how we can recognize and overcome shadow beliefs that may be preventing growth in our lives.
Nancy tells about how her spirituality changed after her transformation into a life coach. She talks about how she never believed in the idea of manifestation and explains why that is now one of her strongest beliefs. She explains the importance of becoming before receiving.
